SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Who sends the messages. Chrysalis Recovery Center, LLC ("Chrysalis," "we," "us") sends text messages to existing clients who have agreed to receive them. Our texts come from Chrysalis phone numbers, including 603-369-6330.

2. How you agree. You agree to receive text messages and phone calls from Chrysalis when you sign our intake paperwork, which includes written permission for both. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.

3. What messages you can expect. We send appointment, case management, and class scheduling messages. These may include a reminder to book your next appointment or class, with a date; a reminder about missing documents or next steps to continue your services; a link to our online scheduling page or to a new intake form; and our office phone number. Your counselor or our staff may also text you to answer your texts, to move or cancel an appointment, or to check in with you after a period without contact. If it is easier than email, you may text us documents, and we move them into your secure client portal. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

4. How often. Message frequency varies. We aim to send no more than one automated scheduling message per client per month. Reminders about documents or next steps, and messages from your counselor or our staff, are sent as needed.

5. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

6. How to opt out. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation text and no more messages after that. To start again, reply START or call us at 603-998-4210.

7. How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, call us at 603-998-4210, or visit www.chrysalisrecovery.com.

8. Delivery. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at chrysalisrecovery.com/privacy-policy.

10. Sending us documents. You can send us documents through our secure client portal at https://crc.intakeq.com/portal, by secure fax at 603-532-0720, by secure email to any Chrysalis staff member or to intake@crc-idcmp.com, or by dropping them off at 112 S. State St., Concord, NH 03301. We prefer the portal. If it is easier, you may text us a document or a picture instead. Text messages and pictures are not encrypted, can be seen by others who have access to your phone or to our texting account, and are less secure than our portal and our secure email. By texting us a document, you choose to accept that risk. We move documents we receive by text into your secure client portal. Our automated messages do not include treatment details. For anything sensitive, please use the portal or secure email, or call us at 603-998-4210.

11. Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
