IDCMP Costs in New Hampshire
Every fee, stated plainly, before you begin.
What IDCMP costs
Here is the fee for each part of the program and what it covers.
Understand DWI and DUI program termsIDCMP fees are set by state rule, so every approved New Hampshire provider charges the same fees. You do not need to shop around. Providers may collect them at different points in the process, but the fees themselves are the same.

| Out of State Program Review | $350 | A review of an entire IDCMP program already completed out of state, for a NH resident or an out-of-state resident, where the client wants us to review and approve the program done elsewhere. This is an intake to review all out-of-state documents. The $70 state fee does NOT apply to this review. |
Missed appointments and cancellations
These apply when an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. The card on file is charged 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. A client avoids the fee by giving at least 24 hours' notice.

Court-related fees

Non-IDCMP evaluations
These are separate from the standard IDCMP program fees.

Payment note: All credit card and debit card transactions carry an additional 4% processing fee. Cash, check, money order and card are accepted. A card on file is required.
Verified hardship
Hardship approval waives the $70 state fee and reduces the class fee by half, a total reduction of $270 in IDCMP fees.
To qualify, documentation must be provided prior to intake showing one of the following: Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits; Social Security Disability (SSD) benefits; Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), also called Cash Assistance; veteran disability benefits; or state supplemental program financial assistance.
Documentation must also include proof of NH residency dated within the past 60 days in the client's name (a utility bill, credit card statement or motor vehicle registration) along with proof of current enrollment in an approved program.
Documentation is submitted before the intake appointment; email or portal message is accepted. Once approved, the client receives a Letter of Hardship Approval.
What affects your total
The class and evaluation are one-time fees.
Case management is monthly and runs as long as you are in the program, so the total depends on how long case management runs for each person. We walk every client through the full cost before they start, so there are no surprises later.
How long the program takes
New Hampshire requires 20 hours of education.
We offer two formats: a weekend format on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, and a two-week format with four sessions from 4 to 9 PM.
Most clients are seen within 7 days.
